This song had an excellent start to it, with the string ensemble pulling me in, then the techno beat around 1:02 keeping me there. It does give you that NFFI (nice fuzzy feeling inside) and I think that it is the best season song you made.
It really does have that sunset autumn feeling. And agreeing with Orchaos, if it's from your heart, there will be people who understand it.
Ten'd and Five'd!

The high-pitched whistle is easy to get by for me; it adds to the spacey sound of the tune. It's almost like the bleeps and blips of a computer.
Anyways, The progression is wonderful. The track really has great layers, and they all blend seamlessly. Breakdowns and build-ups are placed nicely. I LOVE the middle section which the robotic voice. It is an excellent touch to an already science-fiction song. Great Work! 10/5!

Yes thanks for the insightful review there :) Not too sound like a damn self-indulging bastard, but I happen to like the flute too. It has no "real" melody, I just wanted it to fly all over the place during the build-up. It sounds strange, but it was fun to make :) Appreciate the 10 man!

Nice demo. I prefer End of Summer to this one, but this also has lasting appeal. The melody seems a little profound and sharp. Then again, Winter is kind of sharp, so you make the decision. Sounds like a Sonic track or something; very catchy.
Keep up the great work!

This piece is a great mix of gabba and happy hardcore! The hard bass and happy melodies combine to form a great song. I get the kind of feeling that, "Summer's almost over, so let's make the last bits the most kick-ass as we can." Crazy steel drums make it seem like a tropical paradise gone wild! Way to go on a 10/10 and 5/5!
Author's Response:
Well that was the message i was trying to get out of people.
however people judge the song waaaay too much on the title.
like, oh i hate when summer ends so i give you an 1... (with no other explanation.)
but what are steel drums? it seems i use them but dont know exactly what they are? :D

Good job! This song was haunting, yet almost like walking through a silent heaven. You can take the emotions many different ways! A Duck Life should probably get blammed. It gives the song a bad reputation, to use it in a screamer.
It's too good for that!
The heavy bass and snaps gave it sort of hip-hop bounce, which is excellent to hear when blended with other electronic sounds. Jungle drums and quiet melodies give it a isolated feeling. This is a powerful piece!
Author's Response:
Thanks! I'm sure the duck flash will be deleted one of these days. I doubt too many people have seen it, so I'm not too worried about the song getting a bad rep. In fact, I bet a few people went "GAH! I HATE THIS, THIS WAS AWFUL!! ooh, but I liked the song. Let's go listen to the whole thing.."

It's not often that someone posts a good trance/dance/electronic song with well thought out vocals. The last song I found with great vocals was A Night To Remember by ManMadeMusic. This is another great electronic tune!
The bass was not to overpowering, and the complex layers of melody really brought out the dreamy trance style. The vocalist is also amazing!
Way to go guys!
Author's Response:
Thanks a frikky bunch :) The song actually is not that complex, at least in my opinion. The instruments are just filling eachother other out quite nicely. Good review, appreciate it man :)

Ambient music has always been a favorite of mine. The percussion is actually pretty good for the song, so don't sell yourself short. A longer version of this would be much appreciated!

This is the song that plays at the end of a movie with the sun slowly setting and the end credits beginning to roll (just like you said). It's like Epic Romantic Trance or something! Amazing!

I think a long version would be fantastic. All you have to do is add a bridge section to change things up a bit in the middle. Then you can return to the regular track or merge the two. (if you understood that, kudos)
And sometimes repetitive is not bad!
